About me

Hello, my name is Anastasia Esster. I was born in the small town of Kamensk-Uralsky
in December 1993 in an ordinary family.

...My father died when I was five years old. My mother and grandmother raised me. My grandmother worked as a school principal for 40 years and retired when she was 70. Mom is now a doctor of philosophy professor and director of the Master's program.
Childhood, as any child born in the 90's, I was not the most fun, but very deep.

...When I turned 9, my mother and I moved to Yekaterinburg. At that time I was already in my third school. I did not like studying and because of my height and uneasy character I was an outcast by both teachers and classmates

...When I was 12, I went to a new school again, since my mother and I had moved to a different apartment. That's where I ended up going to school....

...Since I was about 10 years old I dreamed, just like my grandmother, of being a school principal and educating generations. Some of my classmates attended the school for noble maidens, which my family did not have the means and opportunity to do. So I set myself the goal of opening a school for girls and women where everyone could be educated.

...At the age of 14 I lost my grandfather, who was my support and substitute for my father...

...I graduated from high school as an extern at the age of 15 with "C's" on my report card. I went to university to study clinical psychology, but from the second semester I was expelled, as I could not attend it due to tragic circumstances. At the same age of 15, the child welfare authorities almost sent me to an orphanage, because for half a year there was no one to look after me because of a serious illness of my mother.

...At the age of 16, I entered the medical academy to study psychiatry. It was my mother's dream, and I fulfilled it. In the second year, I successfully completed the first semester with all A's and dropped out at my own request with the right to restore, because I realized that it was not mine... Which for my family of scientists was of course a shock.

...At the age of 19, I entered the university as a part-time student, majoring in Human Resources Management. By September of the following year I was already in my third year, as I had passed the 1st and 2nd year program as an external student.

... In parallel with my studies, I worked at the university as a computer operator from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm for 5,000 (!!!) rubles per month.

...By the middle of the third year I was transferred for good grades to the full-time budget department and I successfully completed the fourth year with honors.

...At the age of 20 I risked everything and moved to St. Petersburg and entered the master's program at St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, specializing in "Innovative personnel technologies and human resource management", which to everyone around seemed impossible, because I did not prepare for exams from the word "at all".

...I got married at 21 and gave birth to a beautiful daughter at 22. After graduating with honors from master's program, I went to graduate school and worked at the same time. During two years I built my career from an ordinary HR to HR Director and at my 23 I have managed 2000 people.

...In graduate school I defended my dissertation and was the first in Russian science to introduce a typology of corporate cultures, such classifications as: bureaucracy, adhocracy, meritocracy, sociocracy and cholacracy, basing them on a survey of 1000 (!) companies.

...By the end of graduate school, I had written more than 40 scientific articles and five textbooks.

...At the age of 25, I divorced and moved with my daughter to Moscow, where I began to realize my dream of opening a school for noble maidens.

...During the pandemic, it became possible to educate large numbers of girls and women online.

...We started with one course, "Conscious Motherhood," authored by my friend Daria Korotayeva. Without any doubts she was the first to join my team. Gradually over the year we expanded the list of experts and our students. Now by 2022 we have taught more than 24,000 women around the world to be happy.

...My mission is to make education accessible. I have chosen girls and women between the ages of 7 and 45 as my target audience. By laying the foundations of wisdom in the younger generation, I ensure the future of the world.
